Attempting Fatherhood came out of every conversation I’ve ever had with a dad. Whether we grew up together or just struck up a random conversation at a Trader Joe’s, whenever I’m talking to a father, we have an instant connection in shared experiences. And yet, every single dad has a different story. A different way to do things, different motivations, different ideas of what their role and purpose is and I love hearing about those stories. 

So if you are a dad...or have a dad...this is the podcast for you. I’m not here to teach. I’m here to learn and I’d love you to join me in that as well because ultimately, like you, I too am Attempting Fatherhood.

This week, the host of @people TV, @thejeremyparsons, is #AttemptingFatherhood. Sure this “Nickleback-esque” pic is from the early 2000s before Jeremy even had kids BUT we talk about it in the opening of the episode so I had to post it!
For #meetmemonday Im talking about how vital being active is for my mental health. I’ve heard as we grew up we take our workouts from vanity to sanity and that’s definitely me. Gym, yoga, running, ultimate frisbee, tennis, whatever. I h
